Forever Glow Aesthetics & Wellness provides aesthetic and wellness treatments performed by licensed professionals. All treatments require a consultation and are subject to a determination of medical appropriateness. We reserve the right to decline any treatment that is not in your best interest.
2. Consultations & Results
Consultations are complimentary and informational. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Any before-and-after images, testimonials, or descriptions of outcomes reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a promise of specific results.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments are by reservation. A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings and is applied toward your treatment.
- We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of a deposit or a fee, at our discretion.
- Please arrive on time; late arrivals may require rescheduling to respect other guests.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major payment methods and offer financing through Cherry and memberships through our Glow Plans. Prices are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of consultation. Gift cards and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.
5. Memberships
Membership terms, including monthly dues, banked credit, and perks, are described on our Memberships page. Memberships may be cancelled with 30 days' notice; banked credit remains usable for 60 days following cancellation unless otherwise stated.
